Users can order products in accordance with the methods specified by our company.

A sales contract will be concluded once your order has been confirmed by us.

Payment for the product can be made by credit card, convenience store payment, or by a method separately designated by our company.

Any fees incurred in making a payment shall be borne by the User.

Article 5 (Delivery)

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the user.

Shipping methods and delivery times vary by product and are determined at our discretion.

Article 6 (Returns and Cancellations)

We do not offer returns or exchanges except in the case of defective products or incorrect delivery.

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations due to user convenience.

Unless the reason is attributable to our company, the shipping costs for returns will be borne by the user.

Article 7 (Prohibited matters)

Users must not:

  • Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
  • Actions related to criminal activity
  • Any act that interferes with the operation of this service
  • Any act that infringes the rights of other users or third parties

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our company's location.

Article 11 (Special Terms Regarding Pre-ordered Products)

For pre-ordered items, payment will be automatically made at the time of ordering, and the item will be reserved.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped after they are released in Japan, which may take several months.

Once your item arrives at our company, it may take 1-2 weeks for us to prepare it for shipping.

If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, they will be shipped together according to the latest release date. Please note that we do not offer split shipping.
